Persulfate substance is generally applied for gel-breaking agent of fracturing fluid system. Such method enable the fast deceleration of the viscosity of fracturing fluid under the medium temperature at 60~93.3°C. It will cause complete degradation of high-molecular polymer of high concentration under the common concentration. In order to adapt to requirements for deep well and ultra-deep well operation, The Company has researched and prepared a kind of method that enables control of degradation of fracturing fluid polymer. It realizes capsule of gel-breaking agent with waterproof sheath, thus to prevent the highly active persulfate substance damaging the fracturing fluid too early to satisfy the requirements of field construction. The characteristics of such capsule gel-breaking agent is to resolve the conflicts in improving temperature & shearing resistance of crosslinked fracturing fluid and requiring the fracturing fluid to completely gel break and hydrate under certain circumstance, which satisfies the requirement of construction.

Features
During fracturing construction, make the fracturing fluid keep relatively high viscosity, which is helpful to fracture forming and sand carrier. After construction, make the fracturing fluid completely gel-broken and hydrated. It is especially applicable to shrinkage in the support fracture and gel breaking of filter cake, thus to reduce the damage of fracturing fluid to flow conductivity of support fracture and get good oil-gas productivity.
